Sir MV was simple and humble too!

HRN maintained a habbit of keeping on record every piece of paper, be it a letter, a scribble, an invitation, a diary note... throughout his journo career spanning four decades (Jan 1946 to Oct 1985). He continued this hobby later in his life too.

While at Tayinadu he had an unenviable position of number two in the editorial department. Those days the fancy designations of the present day viz., Associate Editor, Assistant Editor, News Editor etc were absent. He was incharge of the Leader Page (the editorial page of the present day), the Last Page. In addition he was assigned the task of edition, when the editor went on tour, leave etc.

Sir MV, the humble and simple person made a request to the Editor, Tayinadu to publish an article which he presented elsewhere. The original ink-signed copy is available with the pandora's box of HRN!
